Appointments:
In order to maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 5-10minutes prior to your appointment. Please remember, as a courtexy to others if you treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not delayed.

Payment:
Smooth Skin accepts cash, gift cards , Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Therapists kindly accept gratuities in the form of cash or add to credit card. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Spa Etiquette:
Please turn cell phones and pagers off or to vibrate, and refrain from use while in the studio. Due to the nature of our business, only children 12 years and older with an appointment are permitted.

Gift Cards:
Our Gift Cards are available online here or at Smooth Skin. They may not be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred, nor replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are good for the value of services when purchased, not redeemed.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to appointment will receive a $25 fee.

Special Needs:
Each client is unique in their own way. Please let us know in advance of special conditions that we should be aware of such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, etc. This way we can further personalize your service.
